By submitting your application to Arthina – The Athens Street Art Pop-Up Museum, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

Applications must include:

Submission deadline: 10/01/2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

Room Design and Installation

Temporary Nature of the Artwork

Artists acknowledge that the artworks created for Arthina will be destroyed at the end of the exhibition period, as part of the project’s conceptual framework. This includes the destruction of artworks and any internal structures or walls utilized during installation.

Intellectual Property

Artists retain full ownership of their artworks. By participating, artists grant Arthina the right to use images, videos, and promotional materials of their works for marketing and publicity, both during and after the exhibition.

Confidentiality

To protect the innovative nature of Arthina, all details regarding financial terms, artwork specifics, and exhibition concepts will be shared only with selected artists. Artists agree not to disclose any information related to the exhibition until authorized by the museum.

Commitment

Selected artists must commit to the entire preparation, installation, and exhibition process. Artists must meet all deadlines, including the completion of their design by March 15, 2025, and maintain ongoing communication with the museum team.

Cancellation Policy

The museum reserves the right to cancel or modify exhibition dates or details due to unforeseen circumstances. Artists will be notified promptly of any changes.
